Houdini returns to Hollywood, Oct. 8

Now that we are on the other side of the Potter & Potter auction and the Houdini miniseries, what's the next big Houdini event in 2014? Well, for me, it will be this.

On Wednesday, October 8 at 7:30 pm, I will be giving a Houdini talk at Hollywood Heritage as part of their "Evening @ The Barn" series. I'll be covering Houdini's life and career with a special emphasis on his life-long involvement in cinema. My talk will include photos and film clips, and I hope to have on display some rare Houdini movie memorabilia. The evening will also include a screening of one of Houdini's movies.

I'm working hard with Hollywood Heritage to make this a true Houdini event, so I hope to see you there. I'll share more details when I know them myself.
