'Houdini' nominated for Excellence in Production Design

The Houdini miniseries had received yet another Guild nomination, and certainly a deserving one. The Art Directors Guild (ADG, IATSE Local 800) has nominated Production Designer Patricia Von Brandenstein for Excellence in Production Design in Television 2014: Television Movie or Mini-Series.


The ADG will present its 19th annual Excellence in Production Design Awards tonight at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.

UPDATE: Looks like Houdini lost to American Horror Story: Freak Show.

    The Excellence in Production Design award. How many awards does that make now? I lost track.

      Six that I know of: Writing, Directing, Acting, Costumes, Make-up, Production Design.

      Looks like it didn't get a nomination for music or editing (or maybe those Guilds don't do awards). Not sure about cinematography.
