I just made a cool discovery. A long-time Houdini mystery solved. Working up a post and will share it tomorrow. In the meantime, here's a clue:

    Oh my God!!! The checkered flag photo. Supposedly the last photo taken of Houdini. I look forward to reading about this mystery solved.
